In some cases, customer organizations using Quesvio may act as separate controllers of candidate data they collect through the Service.

In such cases, Quesvio may process candidate data on behalf of that organization as a processor or service provider, depending on the circumstances, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Users and customer organizations are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate legal basis, providing any required notices, and obtaining any permissions or consents required under applicable law.

7. Automated transcripts, summaries, and related outputs

Quesvio may generate transcripts, subtitles, summaries, scores, or other automated outputs from interview content. These outputs may contain inaccuracies or omissions and should be reviewed by a human before being relied upon.

customer organizations and their authorized users;
service providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communication, or support providers;
