These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Quesvio website, platform, candidate interview flows, reports, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Alisa s. r. o., IČO 53410572, VAT ID SK2121376356, with registered seat at Doležalova 3424/15C, 821 04 Bratislava - mestská časť Ružinov, Slovakia (“Quesvio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use the Service only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and your use complies with applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Quesvio provides tools for creating structured interview flows, inviting candidates to complete browser-based video interviews, generating reports, transcripts, summaries, and making interview content available for review and sharing.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
If the Service is used by a company, recruiter, hiring team, or other organization, that organization is responsible for managing users, permissions, candidate notices, and lawful use of interview-related data.
Candidates may be invited to complete interview flows through unique links or similar access methods. Candidate content may include video, audio, text, transcripts, responses, and related metadata. Such content may be reviewed by the organization that invited the candidate.
You must not use the Service to:
You or your organization retain ownership of content submitted to the Service, including templates, questions, candidate details, recordings, transcripts, notes, and related materials. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display such content only as needed to operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Service.
The Service may generate transcripts, summaries, subtitles, scores, or similar automated outputs. These outputs may contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed by a human before being relied upon.
The Service may allow access to reports or related content through unique links. You are responsible for deciding whether to share such links and with whom. Anyone with the link may be able to access the relevant content unless additional access controls apply.
Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Where Quesvio processes personal data on behalf of a customer organization, that organization remains responsible for having an appropriate legal basis and providing required notices.
The Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and functionality, is owned by Quesvio or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are breached, if use creates legal or security risk, or if required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated outputs will be fully accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quesvio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, excluding conflict of laws principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the courts of the Slovak Republic.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
